Chinese tour guide class of Fuqing school again fruitful

Since the relaxation of visas for foreign tourists in Myanmar on October 1,2018, the number of Chinese tourists traveling to Myanmar has increased dramatically, the demand for Chinese tour guides has increased dramatically, and the Myanmar Tourism Bureau has also enrolled many young people who understand Chinese for short-term training to teach tour guide skills and related knowledge. In view of the lack of knowledge vacancy among novice tour guides in introducing tourist attractions in Chinese, Fuqing Confucius Classroom has held six training courses on Chinese tour guides in a row, which has accumulated a lot of experience and knowledge.

The training course was organized by teachers Yang and Liu, who held a guided tour certificate. As their predecessors, they taught the students the knowledge and skills of the group, and from time to time they discussed the relevant issues in groups. President Li interspersed with the participants' instruction to give them the responsibility of a qualified tour guide and to give them full preparation and confidence. Two more senior teachers participated in the training course, describing the relevant knowledge and enriching the students' knowledge. Each Saturday, two guided teachers took the students to various scenic spots to practice, to achieve the theory with the actual teaching.

The last stop was a two-day internship at Pugan, a famous tourist attraction in Myanmar: in addition to visiting various scenic spots and creating handmade neighborhoods, we discussed the questions and problems encountered during the internship at the hotel in the evening; on the way home on the 28th, the tour guide teacher asked the students to show one of the tour guide skills on the bus to sing for everyone. In the happy singing, the sixth Chinese tour guide knowledge training of our school was successfully completed.
