On June 22 and 23, 12th Chinese Bridge Proficiency Competition for Foreign Secondary Students Myanmar Mandalay Division Preliminary was successfully held at Fuqing Confucius Classroom. The competition is divided into three parts, namely written test, speech and talent. On the 22nd, a written examination session was held in the morning and a speech session in the afternoon. Twenty-seven students from different middle schools shared their bit by bit with the judges teachers and the audience present, and their experience and feelings of learning Chinese. At 9 o'clock on the 23rd, the talent part of this competition was held in the auditorium. The players changed into formal and serious clothing, dressed in beautiful national costumes, which brought colorful talents to everyone. Some contestants showed Chinese kung fu, some showed Jingpo dance, and some wrote Chinese calligraphy for everyone. After the wonderful talents of the contestants were displayed, it was the awarding session. Mr. Huang Pengfei, the school director, and Mr. He Wenzheng, representative of the Mandalay China Chamber of Commerce, presented gifts to the judges.
Then, the Chinese director Ms. Li Yaling, the Chinese Consul General in Mandalay, Consul Liu Xin, and Consul Hu Yanfang presented the award certificates and prizes for the contestants. The winners of this competition are: Zhao Yongtao from the Fuqing Confucius Classroom; Zhu Xianzhu from Laoguo Middle School in Northern Myanmar and Xu Dong from Daqili Dahua Buddhist Classics School won the second prize at the same time; third place They were Yang Mingrong from Binglong Mengwen Buddhist School, Yi Guoxi from Jiaomai Myanmar North Middle School, and Dong Baofen from Dongzhi Xinghua Middle School. The other contestants all received encouragement awards.
