Meitera University, located in Meitera. It is a city located in the Mandalay area on Yangon-Mandalay Road. It is famous for its huge Meiktila Lake and nine Buddhist temples. Mytila has 5 highway junctions and convenient transportation: 543.9434 kilometers from Yangon, 192 kilometers from Mandalay, and 2 hours and a half drive from Mandalay, the last royal capital of the last independent Kingdom of Myanmar. Meiktila is surrounded by green vines and rice fields. Mithra, full of pagodas, also has other universities, such as Myanmar Aeronautical Engineering University, Mithra School of Economics, Computer University, Technical University, and Mithra Education College. The Chinese language teaching school of Mithra University of Economics is the 56th teaching point of Fuqing Confucius Classroom. Since the mid-December 2018, the Chinese language teaching school has been opened. Currently, there are 2 Chinese classes, one basic conversation class and one second grade. The textbooks are "Comprehensive Course 1 for the Development of Basic Chinese", "Basic Reading and Writing Course for the Development of Chinese 1" and "301 Sentences for Chinese Conversation" compiled by Beijing Language and Culture University Press. There are about 65 students in the college. In December 2019, 30 students took the HSK Level 2 exam, all of them passed, and two students got full marks.
