Dongzhi Guowen Middle School

Dongzhi Guowen Middle School was completed on October 25, 1985 and is the only Chinese school in Baita Village of Dongzhi. The school has a history of ups and downs. Thanks to the efforts of its predecessors and the donations of caring people in the society, there is today's Guowen Middle School. The establishment of Dongzhi Guowen Middle School also allows children in Baita Village and surrounding areas to study nearby. The students of Dongzhi Guowen Middle School do not have provincial origin. The school undertakes the function of a community school. Teacher and student representatives participated, and organized the school's brass band to attend on important occasions. The current principal of the school is Principal Zhao Xiulan. There are 17 local faculty members, some of whom will be sent to learn about teaching and Chinese culture. Learning has a library, dance room and playground to enrich students' after-school activities.

The school and Fuqing Confucius Classroom started cooperation in February 2014, and they still maintain a cooperative relationship to this day. Every year, the Fuqing Confucius Classroom will send 2-3 Chinese teachers to the school to help the school carry out teaching and cultural activities.In 2019, the school became the HSK test center in Northern Myanmar.
